Private yoga classes are all about you - your path, your goals, your schedule. I will work with you to build a strong and safe practice. They are designed on your needs and abilities, it is the safest & easiest way to build your yoga habit! Beginners to yoga require clear explanations and patient instruction to effectively learn the basics. Students with injuries must also learn safe alignment techniques and proper modifications. Online private classes are addressed to one only practitioner or to a small group of practitioners (maximum 3 people).

Online beginner yoga workshops

Duration: 1 week

A series of inspiring and accessible workshops to help beginners develop a deeper understanding into the practice of yoga, breathing and meditation. During this one week seminar we will analyze in detail every single pose based on Ashtanga Yoga sequence and we will brake down the alignment on every pose. It will be schedule in a way so it will be accessible for every one. Previous experience is not required, don’t be shy! The Online yoga workshops can be provided in personal and small groups for maximum 4 people.

Pranayama workshops

Duration: 1 week or 4 days

Do you feel stressed, anxious, fatigued, or in bad mood? Join Dimitris online workshop to learn effective gentle movement, restorative, and breathing practices that will help you overcome emotional roadblocks that weigh you down then the 4 days workshop will help you overcome that difficulty Pranayama is so much more than breath control. It optimizes absorption of prana (life force), which enlivens you, and taps into a center of calm and peace that always resides within. If you want to learn how to create a transformational and sustainable pranayama practice then its time to do the 1 week workshop

You don't need to be a technological wizard to have an amazing online yoga class. Simply roll out your mat and make sure your laptop or tablet are connected to the internet. We use Jisti, Skype even video call. Your online private yoga lessons will be scheduled at a time that is most convenient for you. No more stressing about getting to class on time.

My daily yoga practice has changed the way to approach my life with eyes, heart, and mind open, allowing me to achieve a sense of ease and acceptance I never thought it possible. Choosing to walk down this path has changed my life completely and left me more accepting of myself and the nature of reality than I ever thought possible. Changes will always exist, but I see them clearly and quickly now, and thanks to my yoga practice, I have the tools to act with great skill.

Dimitris Dibelo is an international respected teacher who leads teacher trainings and workshops around the world. Through his Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga methodology he aims to clearly explain the what, why’s and how’s of asana, meditation, pranayama and yogic philosophy making practice approachable for everyone, of every level and every walk of life.

He keeps attending numerous yoga workshops and trainings and traveling often to mother India to broaden his horizons and knowledge, as a devoted yoga teacher. His teaching is influenced by his teacher Kristina Karitinos Ireland and his classes are considered dynamic, vivid and playful, as he combines his Italian temperament and great sense of humour, with a great focus on breath and alignment while at the same time respecting the human body.

Years of research, scientific inquiry, self injuries, development and integration have gone into Dimitris Dibelo work. The result is an evolved set of techniques and approaches that eliminate the problematic components of physical asana practices while providing an in-depth understanding of how individual teachers situate themselves within these dynamics. Dimitris courses add techniques and qualities that retain the students love about yoga classes but allow students to engage their own personal inquiries in much greater depth. The class formats and teaching tools that Dimitris offers are sustainable and accessible for anyone who wants to take class regardless of circumstance or yoga’s philosophy, in real time in an experiential way.

His self-practice and dedication to the yogic path has also allowed him to merge the wisdom and healing power of Ayurveda – the Science of Life – into a modern language that everyone can access. He is passionate about the benefits for all and believes the rituals within the physical practice of yoga and the modern approach to Ayurveda can be embodied within our daily routines to regain our natural state of health and well-being effortlessly – empowering and equipping you with the means to engage courageously and skillfully in all aspects to live a more vibrant life.

He teaches groups and private at his own studio in western Greece, Hatha Yoga & Pilates Studio Patras and gives workshops all over the world. He is fully insured, registered E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance US.

Our Studio

The Hatha Yoga & Pilates Studio is a new alternative space which combines the philosophy of Zen and today. Located just 10 minutes from the center of Patras (Greece), is located in a quiet green neighborhood above the Marina of Patras in Pelekaneika. The Hatha Studio is an island of peace and tranquility wanting to provide its guests a break from the hectic city life. Our place is made with love and care, with warm colors, emitting positivity and tranquility to every visitor. The way our teaching, cultivates and encourages trainees to hear their inner teacher, without being encouraged competitive environment in the room to avoid injuries, which is our main concern.
